The prize draw is open to UK, CI, IoM and ROI residents only, aged 18 years and older, except employees (and their families) of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited (the Promoter) as well as employees of Indesit Company and their families, its affiliated companies and agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- This is a non-premium prize draw and is free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site. There are three prizes to be won. One main prize of Thomas Cook vouchers to value of £2000 - the average cost of a 10 day holiday for two - plus a new Hotpoint Dishwasher (FDD914) and a year's supply of Finish Quantum. Two runners up prizes, each comprising a Hotpoint Ultima Dishwasher (FDD914) plus 6 months supply of Finish Quantum. The prizes are non-transferable (maximum of one prize per entrant). No cash alternative is available. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any or all prizes with prizes of equal value.
- Only one entry per email address. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
- Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
- The prize winners agree to the following condition: There shall be no fee payable for the participation and/or contribution in any promotional work undertaken by the winner.
- The Promoter will not be held responsible for any late, incomplete, corrupted or lost entries including where there are technical problems associated with this prize draw such as problems accessing the prize draw web site.
- The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion as necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Under no circumstances shall the Promoter be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of information, commentary, advice or other content on its website or in respect of the prize draw.
- The winner will be randomly drawn by an independent third party and will be notified within 21 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted by email. In the event that the selected winner does not respond within 2 weeks to contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make 1 further attempt to contact the winner. If the selected winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 60 days of prize draw closing date that person's claim to the prize will be forfeited and another substitute winner will be randomly selected.
- The Promoter's decision is final in every situation relating to this promotion including any not covered in these terms & conditions and no correspondence will be entered into..
- The prize draw opens on August 25th 2009 and closes November 30th 2009.
- Entries received after the prize draw has closed will not be entered into the prize draw.
- No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
- The Promoter shall use reasonable endeavors to notify all unsuccessful entrants of the fact that they have not been successful within 7 days of the prize draw closing date.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this offer.
- By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
