OFFER - Terms & Conditions ('Conditions'):

'Unit' means any Hotpoint dishwasher purchased during the Promotional Period from a participating dealer excluding units deemed as invalid in these Conditions. 'Purchaser' means a resident of UK who purchases a Hotpoint dishwasher from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period, and is the end user of that Unit 'Promoter' means Indesit Company UK Limited, Morley Way, Peterborough PE2 9JB . 'Promotional Period' means the period between 14 August 2010 and 14 October 2010 (inclusive).

1. If a Purchaser is not fully satisfied with the Unit and wishes to make a claim under this Guarantee, the Purchaser must send their name, address, telephone number, copy of purchase receipt and reason for return to HOTPOINT MONEY BACK GUARANTEE PROMOTION Indesit Company UK Limited, Morley Way, Peterborough PE2 9JB. The Purchaser's claim must be made within 30 days of the Unit's purchase date. Upon receipt and after verifying the validity of the claim, the Purchaser will be contacted to arrange the return of the Unit (including all accessories and instruction manuals). The Promoter will check the condition of the Unit on collection and once it is satisfied that the Unit complies with the full conditions it will arrange for a cheque for the full purchase price to be posted to the Purchaser within 28 days of collection.
2. The refund of the purchase price comprises the purchase price of the Unit paid by the Purchaser and excludes any associated charges including those relating to transportation and installation, finance interest and the purchase of accessories or extended warranties. If the Unit is purchased on finance the Purchaser is responsible for paying the outstanding amount including any interest, charges and penalties.
3. The original receipt of purchase must be retained and supplied upon request to either the Promoter or its agent as further proof of purchase.
4. This offer applies to new retail Units only. It does not apply to commercial purchases, new homes, trade-seconds, scratched & dented stock, ex display or used stock.

5. All manuals and accessories must be included with the returned Unit.
6. The Unit must be in good as new condition and must not be damaged. On the date of collection, the Purchaser must ensure that the Unit is disconnected from water and electricity supply and is void of any accessories including door panels before collection by the Promoter.
7. Offer is not open to employees and their immediate families of Indesit Co Ltd (or their associated agencies) unless the Unit is purchased from a Hotpoint authorised outlet.
8. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information by the Purchaser disqualifies claim of this offer.
9. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these Conditions.
10. If the Promoter fails to comply with these Conditions it shall not be responsible for non-forseeable losses including, but not limited to losses related to the loss of anticipated enjoyment, loss of anticipated savings or any waste of time. This clause does not limit or exclude the Promoter's liability for death and personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This promotion does not affect a consumer's statutory rights.
11. In submitting a claim, the Purchaser consents to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter and its handling house. Personal data will be used in the strictest of con.dence and is never passed onto a third party without the Purchaser's consent
12. These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
